The Keen Agency, Inc. was created by the CEO, Deborah Keen.  Ms. Keen is a 25 year veteran of the modeling industry.  After 23 years of working for other agencies, Ms. Keen realized that the industry was growing stale.  Thus, The Keen Agency was born.  The Keen Agency knows that the model is of the utmost importance.  That is why the team at The Keen Agency is committed to meeting the needs of each and every one of our models.  A high percentage of our company effort is geared towards making new contacts and finding additional agencies that can also utilize the talents of our models. We have numerous more accomplishments that we have not posted on our website at this time; please know that we spend the majority of our hours booking, calling and creating new business for our models and The Keen Agency, Inc.

Ms. Keen started her modeling pursuit at the age of 12.  She attended an open call and deciding that she not only had a passion for modeling but for the work that the agent provided for the model.  Deborah is a former pageant title holder, director of state pageants, judge, coach, model, agency representative, agent, and has written many articles for publications over the years.  At 5’3”, she is considered petite for the industry; however, this never stopped Ms. Keen from pursuing her dreams.  Deborah understands every aspect of what goes into being a model, representing a model, and being a great agent.
